An equipment schedule or nameplate photo, the zone count, the available electrical service, and roughly when the equipment is due for replacement. Any two of those are usually enough to tell you whether we fit.
If it is a data center, send the load profile, the site constraint that is binding — water, noise, power, schedule — and the phasing plan if there is one.
