Building electrification · Critical environments · Data-center cooling
Explore our seven solution areas
01 / What we build
Most buildings cannot electrify because the service will not take the load. VRX equipment is engineered to replace legacy gas equipment at end of life within the electrical envelope the building already has.
The hardest units in the building to electrify, replaced on the existing curb and inside the existing service. Three engineered approaches, selected by what is on your roof.
Retire the building’s gas boilers on the day the rooftop units are replaced — without adding a single amp to connected power. Serves VAV reheat and chilled beam.
Heating, cooling and domestic hot water on one loop. No gas boiler, no cooling tower, no water treatment program, and room‑by‑room comfort control.
Keep the heat pumps, retire the gas. HydroCore replaces the cooling tower and boiler, and domestic hot water comes off the same loop.
02 / Watch it happen
03 / AI data centers
Water, community acceptance, capital timing and execution speed are the constraints that stall data center projects — not tonnage. HydroCore is a modular 300‑ton platform designed against all four, so CapEx follows demand instead of leading it.
04 / Built for the spec
VRX was founded by the builder of Alliance Air Products — organically grown into one of the major providers of data center cooling in the United States. We write performance and code‑compliance claims the way consulting engineers have to read them: evidence‑based, project‑specific, and reviewed against ASHRAE 90.1, ASHRAE 90.4 and California Title 24 pathways.
Send us a unit schedule, a load profile or the constraint that is holding the project up. You will hear back from someone who can read it.
